Rice with porcini mushrooms

Ingredients: Carnaroli rice, porcini mushrooms, onion, parsley.

Tip:
Heat oil in a pan. Add the contents of the casserole to the pan and fry briefly. Pour in the white wine and, gradually, the vegetable stock. Season with Parmesan and serve.
